This market determines which team will lead after the first period of play in the Vegas versus St. Louis NHL game. The result hinges exclusively on the scoring during the opening period, with no consideration for later stages of the game.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on which team wins the first period of the Vegas vs St. Louis NHL game scheduled for Oct 22, 2026. If St. Louis scores more goals than Vegas in the first period, the St. Louis market resolves to Yes. If Vegas scores more goals than St. Louis, the Vegas market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals, the Tie market resolves to Yes. Only goals scored during the first period count. If the game is postponed but begins within 48 hours of the original start time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or not started within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price.
