Description

This market focuses on predicting whether either team will win the second period of an NHL game by a margin of two or more goals. It specifically tracks performance within a defined segment of the match, ignoring other periods or overtime scenarios. The outcome depends solely on the score differential at the end of the second period.

Kalshi

The event determines whether either Vegas or Pittsburgh wins the second period of their scheduled NHL game on Nov 3, 2026, by more than a 1.5 goal margin, resolving to Yes for either team accordingly. Both markets share identical secondary rules: if the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains active and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price. Overtime in the third period is excluded from consideration for these second-period-specific outcomes.
