In the upcoming match between Valencia CF and Real Madrid CF, scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Valencia CF" if Valencia CF are the first to score in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time). This market will resolve to "Real Madrid CF" if Real Madrid CF are the first to score in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time). If neither team scores in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time), this market will resolve to "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time. Second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from La Liga (https://www.laliga.com/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market’s prices are driven purely by traders expressing their beliefs about the likelihood of each team scoring first in the first half. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply variations in how each assesses the probabilities. It’s common to see prediction markets more accurately forecast outcomes, especially when there’s significant public interest and trading volume.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be determined by which team—Valencia CF or Real Madrid CF—scores the first goal during the first half of the match. Official match data will be used to verify the result. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will not.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for key players on either Valencia CF or Real Madrid CF would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in team formations or tactical approaches announced before the match could also impact trader sentiment. Even public comments from coaches or players expressing confidence (or lack thereof) could move the market. Unexpected weather conditions on match day might also play a role, though likely a smaller one.
