The outcome depends on which team has the most points by the second period's conclusion, or if the period ends in a tie.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on which team is leading at the end of the second period of the Utah vs Toronto NHL game scheduled for November 3, 2026. If Toronto scores more goals than Utah in the second period, the Toronto market resolves to Yes. If Utah scores more goals than Toronto in the second period, the Utah market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals in the second period, the Tie market resolves to Yes. Only goals scored during the second period count toward determining the outcome. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original schedule time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is canceled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
