Description

These markets track the total number of goals scored by both teams in the first period of an upcoming NHL game between Utah and New York. Each market corresponds to a different threshold of goals, determining whether the combined scoring exceeds that benchmark. The outcomes reflect the real-time performance of the teams during the specified segment of the match.

The official rules for these markets govern resolution based on the total goals scored in the first period of the Utah vs New York NHL game scheduled for October 4, 2026. Each market has a distinct threshold (over 0.5, over 1.5, and over 2.5 goals), and the market resolves to 'Yes' if the combined score exceeds the respective threshold. A key secondary rule applies uniformly across all markets: if the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain open and resolve based on the final result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within this 48-hour window, all markets resolve to a fair price. Note that overtime goals in the third period do not affect these markets, as they exclusively consider first-period scoring.
