Description

These markets track the total number of goals scored by both teams during the second period of an NHL game between Utah and Edmonton. Each market has a different threshold for the number of goals needed to resolve as 'Yes'. The outcomes depend on whether the combined score exceeds specific benchmarks.

Kalshi

The markets evaluate whether the collective goals scored by both teams in the second period of the Utah vs Edmonton NHL game scheduled for October 15, 2026, exceed specified thresholds (0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 goals). All markets share consistent secondary rules: overtime goals in the third period are excluded from consideration. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain active and resolve based on the final official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price. The resolution for each market depends solely on whether the second-period goal count surpasses its respective threshold.
