For the Utah vs Buffalo NHL game, participants can bet on which team will win the third period, or if the period will end in a tie, with all outcomes determined solely by regulation third-period goals.

Kalshi

In the Utah vs Buffalo NHL game, the market resolves based on the outcome of the third period (excluding overtime). If Buffalo scores more third-period goals than Utah, the market resolves to Yes for Buffalo. If Utah scores more third-period goals than Buffalo, the market resolves to Yes for Utah. If both teams score an equal number of goals in the third period, the market resolves to Yes for Tie. The game must start within 48 hours of its scheduled time to remain active; otherwise, all markets resolve to a fair price.
