This is a Polymarket on the winner of the 2026 Tour of Guangxi, scheduled for Oct 12, 2026. If the 2026 Tour of Guangxi is canceled or rescheduled to a date 7 days after the original scheduled date, this market will resolve to "Other." This market will resolve in favor of the rider who is officially listed in first place in the Official Results published by the UCI / race organizer following the conclusion of the race. The official results are typically released shortly after the race ends and include any applied time penalties and official adjustments. Disqualifications or changes made after the publication of the official results will not affect market resolution. The timing of the podium ceremony does not determine the result for this market — only the official published classification will be used to resolve this market. The resolution source will be the official UCI website (uci.org) / race organizer's official website and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief in each cyclist’s chance of winning. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the aggregated predictions of all participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe a cyclist will win, the higher the price of their contract will rise, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust predictions as the event approaches.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winner of the 2026 Tour of Guangxi will be determined based on the official results published by race organizers, and this market will settle to reflect that outcome. Traders should monitor official sources for the final results to understand when this market will be considered complete.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. Unexpected injuries to key contenders, changes in team strategy, or even adverse weather conditions during the race could all shift the probabilities. Major announcements regarding rider form or participation, such as a star cyclist withdrawing due to illness, would likely cause substantial movement. Performance in other preparatory races leading up to the Tour of Guangxi will also be closely watched, as will any news related to potential doping violations or other controversies affecting the leading cyclists.
