In the upcoming Premier League game between Tottenham Hotspur FC and Coventry City FC, scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Tottenham Hotspur FC vs. Coventry City FC match originally scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on expert analysis and incorporate a profit margin, while this market allows traders to express their own beliefs, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities. If a significant discrepancy exists between this market and sportsbook odds, it may signal an opportunity for arbitrage, assuming you can trade on both. However, it's important to remember that both represent different perspectives on the same event.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact scores. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of the traders. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders believe a particular score is likely, the price of that contract will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to provide a real-time assessment of the probability of each possible outcome for the Tottenham vs. Coventry match.
This market resolves around Oct 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the Tottenham Hotspur FC versus Coventry City FC match will determine the winning contract. The resolution will be based on the scoreline at the end of regulation time, and any applicable tie-breaking rules as defined by the governing football authorities. Traders holding the contract corresponding to the correct exact score will be paid out.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. News regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Tottenham or Coventry would likely cause shifts in the odds. Any changes in team form, tactical approaches, or even weather forecasts could also impact trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about starting lineups closer to the match time would almost certainly move the market. Furthermore, major upsets in other recent matches involving either team could affect confidence levels and trading volume in this market.
