In the upcoming Women's Super League game between Tottenham Hotspur FC and Arsenal WFC, scheduled for October 24, 2026 at 7:45 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Tottenham Hotspur FC vs. Arsenal WFC match originally scheduled for October 24, 2026 at 7:45 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd perspective, often differing from initial sportsbook offerings. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market relies on traders directly expressing their beliefs about the likelihood of each exact score. This can lead to prediction market odds being more accurate, especially as the event approaches and more information becomes available. However, sportsbook odds may initially move more quickly to incorporate breaking news, while this market’s movement depends on traders reacting to that news. It's useful to compare both to gain a broader understanding of expectations.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's collective assessment of the probability of that score occurring. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts, providing a real-time indication of market sentiment. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more a particular outcome is favored, the higher the price of its corresponding shares will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the latest information and insights from all participants.
This market resolves around Oct 24, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Tottenham Hotspur FC vs. Arsenal WFC match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score determined by official sources will be used to determine the winning shares. The resolution process relies on publicly available information to ensure an objective and transparent outcome. Traders will be able to see the final result and any relevant supporting documentation on Polymarket once the event concludes and the data is verified.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Tottenham Hotspur or Arsenal would likely cause significant shifts in the odds. Tactical announcements from either manager, such as confirmed starting lineups or changes in formation, could also impact trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-match analysis from reputable sports commentators, could all contribute to price movements. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of each team’s chances of scoring a specific number of goals has the potential to move this market.
