All contracts are designated as protected. If a player enters the game during the first half but does not re-enter after the first half concludes—including any overtime—the contract resolves to the fair price set before the game starts, unless the player meets or exceeds the specified point threshold, in which case it settles based on actual statistics. If the player enters the game after the first half ends, the contract settles based on actual statistics regardless of first-half participation. No injury designation or official ruling-out is required for protection to apply.
