Description

This market allows bettors to speculate on the margin of victory in the first half of an upcoming basketball game between Toronto and Los Angeles. Outcomes are determined by how many points one team outscores the other before halftime.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based solely on the point differential in the first half of the designated game. If Los Angeles wins the first half by exceeding the specified margin—for example, more than 20.5 points—the corresponding 'Los Angeles L wins by over X points' market resolves to Yes, while all other Los Angeles and Toronto markets resolve to No. Conversely, if Toronto wins the first half by exceeding its specified margin—for example, more than 15.5 points—the corresponding 'Toronto wins by over X points' market resolves to Yes, with all Los Angeles markets resolving to No. If neither team meets its respective threshold, all markets resolve to No. All outcomes are evaluated exclusively using official game statistics, and overtime periods during the first half are included in the calculation where applicable.
