Should the match be postponed beyond 48 hours, cancelled before play begins, or forfeited prior to any action, both markets resolve to the fair market price. If play starts and a forfeiture occurs later, the outcome follows the official result declared by the governing body or tournament organizer. Kalshi clarifies it holds no official affiliation with the league governing the event.
