This set of markets tracks how many points are scored in the final quarter of a college football matchup, allowing participants to speculate on the game's intensity in its closing moments. The outcome depends solely on the points tallied during the fourth quarter, excluding any overtime periods.
All markets resolve based on the total points scored by both teams combined during the 4th quarter (excluding overtime) of the Texas A&M vs Alabama college football game scheduled for Oct 24, 2026. Each market has a specific threshold: if the combined score exceeds that threshold, the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. For all markets, only points scored in the 4th quarter count. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain open and resolve based on the final result. If the game does not start within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price. Kalshi is not affiliated with the NCAA, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to varying information sources and incentives. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, while this market allows traders to express their own independent assessments. Generally, prediction markets tend to be more accurate than traditional polls or expert opinions, but it’s not uncommon to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or breaking news. Comparing these odds can offer valuable insights into public perception and potential value bets.

As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the collective belief of the group. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures that the market efficiently incorporates new information and provides a real-time assessment of the likely outcome.

Several factors could significantly influence this market before it resolves. Any news regarding key player injuries, changes in weather conditions, or significant shifts in team strategy could impact trader sentiment. Unexpected performance during the first three quarters of the game will also likely cause price fluctuations. Late-breaking news, such as a starting quarterback being ruled out, would almost certainly lead to substantial movement in the odds. Monitoring these signals can help traders identify potential opportunities and adjust their positions accordingly.
