This market refers to the LoL match between Team Liquid and CTBC Flying Oyster in the Worlds Group Stage, initially scheduled for October 23, 2026 UTC. This market will resolve to "Team Liquid" if Team Liquid win the match against CTBC Flying Oyster. This market will resolve to "CTBC Flying Oyster" if CTBC Flying Oyster win the match against Team Liquid. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before November 6, 2026, 23:59 UTC (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 23, 2026 UTC). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, or the team is renamed or rebranded, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market aggregates the views of individuals with varying levels of knowledge and insight. It’s common to see discrepancies between the two, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. These differences can present opportunities for informed traders to capitalize on perceived mispricings, but it's important to remember that neither source is always correct.
On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. As more people buy contracts predicting a particular outcome, the price increases, and vice versa. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust probabilities accordingly, providing a real-time assessment of the event's potential results. The volume of $269 indicates the level of activity in this market.
This market resolves around Oct 24, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Team Liquid vs CTBC Flying Oyster match, as determined by the event organizers. This means the outcome will be based on the final score or declared winner of the game, as reported by an authoritative source. Traders will then be paid out based on whether their predictions aligned with the actual result, and the market will be considered settled.
