Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. If prediction market participants believe a sportsbook is mispricing an outcome, they can capitalize on the discrepancy, driving the odds on Polymarket closer to what they perceive as the true probability.
