Kalshi

The market resolves to Yes if Tampa Bay and Cleveland collectively score more than 0.5 runs in the 4th inning of the game scheduled for Oct 18, 2026. Only runs scored during the 4th inning count; if the game is called before completion, the market resolves to a Fair Price. The second rule, regarding more than 1.5 runs, follows the same framework but uses a higher run threshold for resolution.
