Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and to balance action, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. If a significant number of traders believe a certain outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the price will adjust accordingly. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially in events where public perception deviates from expert analysis, and this can present opportunities for informed traders.

This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the team that hits the most sixes during the China vs Singapore cricket match will be declared the winner. The official match statistics will be used to determine the final result. Traders will be able to claim their winnings once the outcome is officially verified and reported, and the platform finalizes the settlement process.

Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding player injuries or changes in team lineups for either China or Singapore could significantly shift expectations. Weather forecasts leading up to the match are also important, as rain could affect the game's dynamics and potentially reduce the number of sixes hit. Finally, the performance of key batsmen during the early stages of the match could cause traders to reassess their predictions, leading to price fluctuations.
