This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Bhutan and Thailand scheduled for October 14 2026 at 2:00 AM ET in T20 World Cup Asia Sub-Regional Qualifier A. The outcome corresponding to Bhutan will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Bhutan. The outcome corresponding to Thailand will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Thailand. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each player being the top batter. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe a player will perform well, the higher the share price will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market constantly reflects the latest information and expectations.
This market resolves around Oct 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on which player scores the most runs in the match between Bhutan and Thailand. Official match statistics will be used to determine the top batter, and the market will settle to reflect that result. Traders should monitor official sources for updates as the match progresses to understand how the outcome is likely to be determined.
Several factors could influence this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or weather conditions impacting the match could significantly shift the odds. Strong performances by a player in recent matches, or expert analysis predicting a particular player's success, could also drive trading activity. Unexpected conditions during the match itself, such as a particularly favorable batting pitch, could also lead to substantial movements in the market as traders react to the unfolding events.
