This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Bahrain and Qatar scheduled for October 13 2026 at 9:15 PM ET in T20 World Cup Asia Sub-Regional Qualifier A. The outcome corresponding to Bahrain will be considered correct if Bahrain is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Qatar will be considered correct if Qatar is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous exchange mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of these shares fluctuates based on supply and demand. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing reflects the aggregated predictions of all participants, creating a real-time probability assessment of the toss result. The current volume indicates the level of interest and conviction surrounding the potential outcomes.
This market resolves around Oct 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result of the toss – which team wins the coin flip – will be used to determine the winning share(s) in this market. Resolution will depend on official sources announcing the toss winner, and traders will be able to claim their winnings once the outcome is finalized. The platform will verify the result against publicly available information to ensure accuracy and fairness.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team form, potential playing conditions, or even perceived biases in the coin toss itself could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements related to player availability or changes in the toss procedure could also have an impact. Furthermore, large wagers from informed traders or shifts in broader betting trends could cause significant price movements. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding how this market evolves leading up to the Oct 21, 2026 resolution.
