This group forecasts the outcome of the EFL Championship soccer match between Swansea and Blackburn on October 31, 2026. Markets exist for Swansea winning, Blackburn winning, or the match ending in a draw, all determined after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
The event covers three possible outcomes of the Swansea vs Blackburn EFL Championship soccer match scheduled for October 31, 2026: Swansea win, Blackburn win, or a tie. All markets resolve based on the result after the full 90 minutes of regulation time plus any stoppage time, excluding extra time or penalty shootouts. If the match ends in a tie after regulation, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets will resolve to a fair price as determined by the platform rules. The platform explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
This market resolves to "YES" if the listed club wins after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, in the match scheduled for October 31, 2026, 15:00 UTC. Otherwise, it will resolve to "NO." If the match is postponed, this market will remain open until the match has been completed. If the match is not completed as scheduled for any reason (for example, if it is abandoned, canceled, or awarded), and an official final result is recognized by the governing body or event organizers, this market will resolve based on that result. If no official final result is recognized and no make-up match is scheduled, this market will resolve "NO." Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Prediction market odds, like those seen on Kalshi and Limitless, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the wisdom of the crowd effect. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while prediction markets aggregate the diverse opinions of many traders. This market’s odds reflect what participants believe will happen, potentially incorporating information not fully accounted for by sportsbooks. Discrepancies can present opportunities for arbitrage, where traders profit from the difference in pricing between the two types of markets. However, factors like liquidity and market-specific biases can influence these differences.
Kalshi and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. On Kalshi, the pricing of this market is determined by a different set of traders than on Limitless. This can lead to variations in probabilities, even for the same event. Factors such as differing user bases, trading strategies, and risk appetites contribute to these price discrepancies. Additionally, each platform may have slightly different fee structures or market rules that influence trading behavior. While both platforms aim to reflect the true probability of an outcome, the independent nature of their markets means that prices won’t always be identical.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before resolution. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in coaching staff for either Swansea or Blackburn would likely impact trading activity. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also influence the probabilities. Furthermore, significant shifts in public sentiment, perhaps driven by media coverage or social media discussions, could lead to changes in the market. Major tactical announcements or confirmed starting lineups closer to the match could also cause the odds to shift as traders react to new information.
