In the upcoming Serie A game between SSC Napoli and SS Lazio, scheduled for November 8, 2026 at 6:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the SSC Napoli vs. SS Lazio match originally scheduled for November 8, 2026 at 6:30 AM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from Serie A (https://www.legaseriea.it/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market’s probabilities are driven purely by traders willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, opportunities for arbitrage may arise, as traders attempt to profit from the difference. However, it's important to remember that both represent probabilities of an outcome, and neither is guaranteed to be correct.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores in the first half, and the price of each share reflects the market’s collective probability of that outcome occurring. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts, providing a dynamic assessment of the likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current top outcome, SSC Napoli 0 - 1 SS Lazio, has a chance percentage of 47.0%.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score at the end of the first half of the SSC Napoli versus SS Lazio match will determine the winning outcome. Any official data source that accurately reflects the first half score will be used to verify the result. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score will be paid out based on the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Late-breaking news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either SSC Napoli or SS Lazio would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they favor one team’s playing style, could also impact the probabilities. Even pre-match analysis from respected football commentators or unexpected lineup announcements could move the market as traders react to new information and adjust their predictions.
