Frequently asked questions

Often, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd effect, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven by the collective predictions of individual traders. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may emerge, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both the prediction market and a sportsbook. However, it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities, and neither guarantees the actual outcome of the match.

This market resolves around Oct 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be based on the official second-half result of the Sparta Rotterdam versus Willem II match.
