Divergence Detected

Issue: Kalshi's resolution logic is broader than Polymarket and Predict, resolving to 'Yes' for either team winning, while the others require specifying the winning team.Hero tip: Consider the differing resolution criteria when trading on Kalshi versus Polymarket/Predict. Kalshi offers a simpler 'either team wins' outcome, while the others require predicting the specific winner.

Critical divergence points:

  • Polymarket: Resolves to the specific winning team (Southeastern Louisiana Lions or Auburn Tigers). "If the Southeastern Louisiana Lions win, the market will resolve to 'Southeastern Louisiana Lions'. If the Auburn Tigers win, the market will resolve to 'Auburn Tigers'."
  • Predict: Resolves to the specific winning team (Southeastern Louisiana Lions or Auburn Tigers). "If the Southeastern Louisiana Lions win, the market will resolve to 'Southeastern Louisiana Lions'. If the Auburn Tigers win, the market will resolve to 'Auburn Tigers'."
  • Kalshi: Resolves to 'Yes' if either team wins. "If Auburn wins...then the market resolves to Yes. If Southeastern Louisiana wins...then the market resolves to Yes."
