Generally, prediction market odds often reflect a 'wisdom of the crowd' that can differ from traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and need to account for profit margins. This market, however, is driven purely by individuals wagering their own capital, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities, especially as more information becomes available. While sportsbooks may initially have different odds, they often adjust closer to the prediction market prices as the event nears, demonstrating the power of collective forecasting.
