On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived probability. Conversely, selling pressure drives the price down. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adjust to incorporate new information and changing sentiment.
This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Sirbu vs. Ghimp boxing match as declared by the relevant boxing commission or governing body. The fighter who is officially declared the winner of the match will determine the winning outcome in this market. Any disputes or official rulings will be considered in determining the final result.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before the Nov 1, 2026 resolution date. News regarding fighter injuries, changes in training regimens, or even pre-fight press conference statements could all shift market sentiment.
