Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, whereas prediction markets, like this one, are driven purely by supply and demand. This can lead to discrepancies, with this market potentially offering more favorable odds depending on the collective wisdom of traders. However, it's important to remember that both represent probabilities as perceived by different groups – bookmakers with expert analysis and traders expressing their beliefs.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by the collective actions of all participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe a particular outcome will happen, the higher the price of its corresponding shares will climb. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the most up-to-date information and sentiment.
