All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert opinions, incorporating a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by individuals trading based on their own research and insights. If a significant number of traders believe a particular exact score is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will adjust accordingly, potentially offering value to informed bettors. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially as new information emerges.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's collective belief about the probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the prices converge to represent the aggregated forecast. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is influenced by various factors, including team form, injuries, and pre-match analysis, all reflected in the trading activity. The total volume traded provides insight into the market's confidence in each outcome.
This market resolves around Oct 23, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Even weather conditions on match day, such as heavy rain or strong winds, could impact the expected scoreline and influence trading activity. Finally, any significant pre-match analysis or expert predictions gaining traction could also affect the odds on Polymarket.
