Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their odds based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individuals. It’s common to see discrepancies between the two, especially before a significant amount of trading occurs. Observing these differences can be insightful, as the market may incorporate information not fully captured by sportsbook algorithms or public opinion.
