Description

This set of markets tracks how many goals are scored in the second period of an NHL game between Seattle and Florida. Each market corresponds to a different threshold of goals, determining whether the scoring exceeds that benchmark. The outcomes depend solely on the official game result, with specific handling for postponements or cancellations.

Kalshi

These markets resolve based on the total number of goals scored by both teams combined during the second period of the Seattle vs Florida NHL game scheduled for October 17, 2026. Each market has a distinct threshold: over 0.5 goals, over 1.5 goals, and over 2.5 goals. If the cumulative goals meet or exceed the specified threshold for a given market, it resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. All markets exclude overtime goals from the third period. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the markets remain open and resolve based on the final official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price, ensuring equitable treatment for all participants.
