This market tracks which team will lead after the first period of an NHL game between Seattle and Detroit. It focuses solely on the performance during the initial segment of the match, ignoring the rest of the game’s outcome. The result depends on who is ahead or if the period ends in a tie at the conclusion of the first 20 minutes of play.
The market resolves based on the outcome of the first period of the NHL game between Seattle and Detroit scheduled for October 9, 2026. If Detroit scores more goals than Seattle in the first period, the 'Detroit' market resolves to Yes. If Seattle scores more goals than Detroit in the first period, the 'Seattle' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score an equal number of goals, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes. Only goals scored during the first period count toward the resolution. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
