On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe a particular team will win, the higher the share price for that team will climb. This dynamic pricing allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust expectations as the championship progresses.
This market resolves around Nov 15, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the SeaHorses Mikawa vs. Shiga Lakestars game, as declared by the B.League. The winning team will determine the outcome of this market, and all shares associated with the losing team will be worth $0. Traders should monitor official announcements for the final result and the subsequent settlement of this market.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Key player injuries, unexpected changes in team performance, or even coaching decisions could all shift trader sentiment. Major news regarding team strategies or potential upsets in other playoff games could also play a role. Any significant development affecting the perceived chances of either team winning the B.League championship has the potential to cause substantial fluctuations in the market price before Nov 15, 2026.
