All markets resolve based on the total number of goals scored by each team during regulation and overtime periods of the specified NHL game. Each market corresponds to a different numerical threshold for each team's scoring performance, ranging from over 1.5 to over 5.5 goals. If a team scores more goals than the threshold specified in a market, that market resolves positively for that team. Goals scored during a potential shootout do not count toward any market resolution, as shootouts are excluded from the official scoring totals used for these evaluations. The thresholds are incremental, allowing for multiple markets to resolve simultaneously depending on the final goal count for each team.
