Description

This market tracks whether either team will win by a margin of more than 1.5 goals specifically during the third period of an NHL game. The focus is solely on the scoring differential within that final period, excluding any overtime play.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on whether either San Jose or Ottawa wins the third period of their scheduled game by more than a 1.5 goal margin. Overtime scoring does not count toward the resolution. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains active and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within that window, all markets resolve to a fair price.
