This event tracks which player will gain the most rushing yards in an upcoming football game between San Francisco and Atlanta. Each market focuses on a specific player, determining whether they will lead all participants in rushing yardage during the contest. The outcome depends purely on the players' performance in the game.
The event determines whether specified individual players record the most rushing yards in the San Francisco vs Atlanta Pro Football game scheduled for October 25, 2026. For each market, if the named player achieves the highest rushing yardage among all participants, the market resolves to Yes. If the player does not participate, the market resolves to No. In case of a tie for the most yards among multiple players, the payout is divided equally among all tied markets at a rate of 1/N, where N is the number of players tied. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original schedule, the market remains open and resolves based on the final result. If the game does not start within 48 hours, the market resolves to a fair price. Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely adjust prices based on their own analysis and information. If there's a significant discrepancy, it may indicate that the market believes the sportsbook odds are mispriced. However, it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities of an outcome, and neither is guaranteed to be correct.
On Kalshi, this market is priced using a continuous double auction. Traders buy and sell contracts representing each team, and the price of each contract reflects the market's assessment of the probability of that team having the most rushing yards. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices converge to reflect the collective belief of the group. The current price represents the cost to purchase a contract that pays out if that team wins, scaled to a maximum payout of 100.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The team with the most rushing yards in the San Francisco versus Atlanta game will be declared the winner. Official NFL statistics will be used to determine the final rushing yard totals for each team, and the team with the higher total will determine the outcome of this market.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Injury reports for key running backs on either team would be a significant catalyst, as would any changes in weather forecasts that could impact the running game. News regarding coaching strategies or offensive line matchups could also shift prices. Finally, large volume trades from informed participants could also cause notable price movements as traders react to new information or adjust their positions.
