These markets track specific combinations of first-half and full-game outcomes in an upcoming football match between San Francisco and Atlanta. Each market requires both the first-half result and the final game result to match a particular scenario for the market to settle positively.
All markets resolve based on the combined results of the first half and the full game (including overtime) of the San Francisco vs Atlanta Pro Football game scheduled for October 25, 2026. For any market to resolve as 'Yes,' both the specified first-half result and the specified full-game result must occur exactly as described. If either the first-half or full-game result does not match the market's conditions, the market resolves to 'No.' Should the game be postponed but commence within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all markets remain open and resolve based on the official final result. If the game fails to start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets will resolve to a fair price. These rules apply uniformly across all markets for this event.
Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from sportsbook odds which may be influenced by factors like house bias or initial public perception. Sportsbooks typically set lines to balance betting action and ensure profit, while this market allows traders to express their independent beliefs about the likelihood of each outcome. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. Comparing the two can offer a broader perspective on the potential result of the San Francisco vs Atlanta match.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders bid and ask for contracts representing different outcomes. The price of a contract reflects the market’s assessment of the probability of that outcome occurring. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices converge to reflect the collective prediction. Currently, the most active contracts indicate a certain level of confidence in a particular result, but this can change rapidly based on new information or shifts in sentiment regarding the San Francisco vs Atlanta match.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the San Francisco vs Atlanta match, specifically the 1st Half / Fulltime Result as determined by the governing body of the sport. Traders holding contracts on the correct outcome will receive a payout, while those holding contracts on incorrect outcomes will not. The exact details of the outcome will be publicly available following the conclusion of the match.
