In the upcoming La Liga 2 game between Real Valladolid CF and CD Eldense, scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Real Valladolid CF vs. CD Eldense match originally scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. If a significant number of people believe a particular exact score is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift accordingly. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of team strengths and potential game outcomes. It's often insightful to compare the two to identify potential value.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores, and the price of each share reflects the market's collective probability of that outcome occurring. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts to find an equilibrium point where buyers and sellers agree on the fair value. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe a specific score will happen, the higher the price of shares representing that score will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the latest insights.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Real Valladolid vs. Eldense match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider, will determine the winning exact score. The platform will then verify the result and distribute payouts to those who correctly predicted the outcome. It’s important to note that the official result is the sole determinant, and any disputes regarding the game itself are outside the scope of this market.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market before Oct 18, 2026. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Real Valladolid or Eldense would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions could also play a role. Unexpected announcements about team lineups or managerial decisions could also move the market. Furthermore, large trading volume on Polymarket from informed traders could indicate a shift in sentiment and influence the price of shares.
