Frequently asked questions

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd effect, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, whereas this market represents the aggregated beliefs of informed traders. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially as new information emerges or public sentiment shifts. Examining these differences can reveal where the market believes sportsbooks may be over or underestimating the likelihood of a particular outcome in the second half.

This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the outcome will be determined by which team, Real Sociedad or Levante UD, scores the first goal in the second half of the match. If neither team scores in the second half, that outcome will be considered the result. The resolution will be based on official match data and verified sources to ensure accuracy.

Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in starting lineups, or tactical adjustments announced before the second half could significantly shift trader sentiment. In-game events during the first half, such as red cards or dominant performances by one team, will also likely impact the odds. Unexpected weather conditions or even referee decisions could also play a role, leading to adjustments in the perceived probabilities as traders react to the evolving situation.
