If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market incorporates a broader range of information and opinions from traders. If there’s a significant discrepancy, it might indicate that market participants believe the sportsbook is mispricing the probability of certain outcomes. However, it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities and can be influenced by various factors, including news and public sentiment.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s collective belief about the probability of that score occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect new information and changing expectations. The market's overall volume of $39,985 shows the level of interest and activity surrounding this event, and the 24-hour volume of $31,077 indicates recent trading patterns.
This market resolves around Oct 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before Oct 31, 2026. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected player suspensions could significantly shift expectations. Furthermore, pre-match analysis from sports analysts, weather conditions on match day, and even public sentiment expressed on social media can all play a role. A surprising shift in betting patterns at traditional sportsbooks could also influence trading activity on Polymarket, as traders react to new information and adjust their predictions.
