All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds, like those found for this market, often reflect a different set of information and incentives than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks primarily aim to balance their liabilities and incorporate a profit margin, while prediction markets aggregate the diverse opinions of informed traders. This can lead to discrepancies, especially when significant public information isn't fully priced into sportsbook lines. Generally, prediction markets are considered highly efficient and can sometimes offer more accurate probabilities, though this isn’t always the case. Comparing the two can reveal interesting insights into public perception versus informed prediction.
Prices on Polymarket and Predict for this market can diverge due to several factors. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has its own user base, trading volume, and risk appetite, which influence price discovery. Additionally, differing liquidity and market maker strategies can contribute to price discrepancies. While both platforms address the same question – which team will score first in the Real Betis vs Barcelona match – the dynamics of trading on each can lead to variations in the perceived probability of each outcome. These differences reflect the unique characteristics of each prediction market.
