In the upcoming Ligue 1 game between RC Strasbourg Alsace and AJ Auxerre, scheduled for November 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the RC Strasbourg Alsace vs. AJ Auxerre match originally scheduled for November 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of informed traders, and can sometimes differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, while this market is driven by individuals betting on their genuine beliefs about the outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of team strengths. It’s common to see this market incorporate news and analysis faster than traditional sportsbooks, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities as the event approaches.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing different possible exact first-half scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s implied probability of that score occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market dynamically adjusts to new information and changing sentiment, providing a real-time assessment of the likely result of the first half.
This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official, final score at the end of the first half of the RC Strasbourg Alsace vs. AJ Auxerre match. Any potential adjustments or corrections to the official score will be taken into account to ensure an accurate and fair resolution of this market. Traders should monitor official sources for the confirmed first-half result.
