Description

This prediction market asks which team will score the first goal in a soccer match between RB Leipzig and FC Augsburg. The market considers goals scored within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, and has specific rules for postponements and cancellations.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Predict utilize identical resolution criteria regarding the first team to score, stoppage time, postponements, and cancellations.Primary resolution logic: Official match statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with fallback to Flashscore and Sofascore.

Core resolution logic:

  • The first team to score within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time determines the outcome.
  • If no team scores within the specified timeframe, the market resolves to "Neither".
  • Postponed matches will remain open until completion.
  • Canceled matches will resolve to "Neither".

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Data Availability: If official statistics are unavailable within 2 hours of the match's conclusion, Flashscore data will be used. If Flashscore data is unavailable, Sofascore data will be used. If neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.
  • Score Revisions: Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
  • No Data Within 24 Hours: If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, the market will resolve 50-50 (or to "Draw" where applicable).
Timing: Resolution will occur after the completion of the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, with a maximum delay of 24 hours due to data availability concerns. Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
