This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu scheduled for October 11 2026 at 12:00 AM ET in Ranji Trophy. The outcome corresponding to Rajasthan will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Rajasthan. The outcome corresponding to Tamil Nadu will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Tamil Nadu. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular team, the price increases, reflecting a higher implied probability of that team having the top batter. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of those trading on Polymarket.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The team with the highest individual batting score across both innings of the match will be declared the winner. Resolution will be based on official match statistics and will be determined by the platform’s standard procedures for verifying event results. Traders will be able to claim their winnings once the resolution is finalized and the winning team is officially announced.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or weather forecasts impacting playing conditions could significantly shift the odds. Strong performances by key batters in previous matches, or expert analysis predicting a particular player’s success, could also drive trading volume and price movements. Unexpected announcements about pitch conditions or strategic changes could also be catalysts for shifts in market sentiment leading up to the match’s conclusion.
