This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Jharkhand and Kerala scheduled for October 11 2026 at 12:00 AM ET in Ranji Trophy. The outcome corresponding to Jharkhand will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Jharkhand. The outcome corresponding to Kerala will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Kerala. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on which player scores the most runs in the Ranji Trophy match between Jharkhand and Kerala. The official match results, as published by governing bodies and widely reported by sports news outlets, will serve as the basis for determining the winning outcome. The player with the highest aggregate run total across both innings will be declared the top batter, and the corresponding shares on Polymarket will be settled accordingly.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. Any news regarding player injuries or changes to the team lineups for either Jharkhand or Kerala would likely cause shifts in the odds. Weather forecasts predicting rain could also influence trading activity, as reduced playing time might affect individual player opportunities to score. Furthermore, early performance in the match – for example, a strong first-innings score by a particular batter – would likely lead to increased demand for shares in that player, driving up their price and reflecting a higher probability of them finishing as the top batter.
