On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular result, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price reflects the aggregated sentiment of all participants, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event's likelihood. This contrasts with fixed-odds betting, where prices are set in advance by a bookmaker.
This market resolves around Oct 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Radkovsky vs. Rejent match, as determined by the governing body of the sport. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders who correctly predicted the outcome will receive a payout based on the final share price at the time of resolution, while those who bet on the incorrect outcome will forfeit their shares.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or unexpected performance in preceding matches could all impact trader sentiment. Public opinion, media coverage, and even social media buzz can also play a role, especially if they influence perceived probabilities. Major upsets in related events or significant shifts in betting patterns on sportsbooks could also cause traders to reassess their positions, leading to price fluctuations. Monitoring these signals can provide valuable insights into potential market movements.
