Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, representing their profit margin. This market, being driven by the collective wisdom of traders, tends to reflect more closely what participants believe is the true probability of each outcome. However, discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply variations in market participants. It's common to see prediction market odds shift as new information becomes available, potentially leading to advantages over static sportsbook lines.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores, and the price of each share directly corresponds to its implied probability. As more shares are purchased for a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived chance of occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price is entirely determined by supply and demand; there is no central price setter. This dynamic pricing allows the market to quickly adapt to new information and reflect the collective beliefs of all traders participating in the Puskas vs. Debrecen score market.
This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Puskas Akademia FC Felcsut versus Debreceni VSC match will be used to determine the winning share(s). Any disputes regarding the official score will be addressed using widely recognized sports data sources. The resolution will reflect the exact final score of the match, including any extra time or penalty shootouts if applicable, as reported by official sources.
