This market will resolve according to the result of the season series between the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs during the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If the Denver Broncos win the season series, this market will resolve to “Broncos”. If the Kansas City Chiefs win the season series, this market will resolve to “Chiefs”. If the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs tie the season series, this market will resolve to “tie”. If any scheduled game between the listed teams during the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, not completed, or otherwise does not produce an official result — including due to a shortened, truncated, or early-ended season — the season series will be determined solely using official results of completed games. If the season is cancelled, no games between the teams are completed, or the result of the season series cannot otherwise be confirmed by January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the NFL, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe the Chiefs will win the season series, the higher the price of shares representing that outcome will rise, and vice versa for the Broncos. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of those trading on the platform, creating a real-time forecast of the event's probability.
This market resolves around Jan 27, 2027, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will be based on which team wins the majority of games played between the Broncos and Chiefs during the 2026-27 NFL regular season. The team with the higher win total in the head-to-head matchups will be declared the season series winner. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final result, as determined by the official NFL standings.
Several factors could significantly impact the odds for this market. Key player injuries to either the Broncos or Chiefs, particularly quarterbacks or key defensive players, would likely cause shifts in the market. Significant changes in team performance during the season, such as a winning or losing streak, could also influence trader sentiment. Major coaching changes or unexpected trades could also move the market. Finally, any news regarding team chemistry or off-field issues could play a role in how traders assess the likelihood of each team winning the Broncos-Chiefs season series.
