Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from initial sportsbook lines. Sportsbooks may set odds based on public perception and inherent biases, while this market allows traders to weigh information and adjust probabilities dynamically. Over time, prediction markets often prove more accurate than traditional betting markets, especially as more information becomes available. However, sportsbook odds can still provide a useful benchmark for comparison, and discrepancies may present opportunities for informed traders.

Several factors could significantly impact this market. Player injuries are a major catalyst, as the absence of a key quarterback would drastically alter the odds. Preseason performance and training camp reports will also influence trading activity, providing early indications of player form. Significant changes in team dynamics, such as the acquisition of new receivers or offensive coordinators, could also shift expectations. Finally, any news regarding rule changes that might favor passing offenses could move the market as well.
