Kalshi

The market resolves based on the result of the first half of the designated Portland vs. Utah professional basketball game. If Portland scores more points than Utah in the first half, the 'Portland' outcome settles as Yes. Conversely, if Utah outscores Portland in that half, the 'Utah' outcome settles as Yes. Should both teams finish the first half with equal scores, the 'Tie' outcome settles as Yes. Only points scored during the first half are considered for resolution; the final game result or any overtime periods in the first half have no impact. The settlement is solely determined by the official game records.
