If Sacramento wins the first quarter by more than the specified spread (ranging from 1.5 to 9.5 points), the corresponding market resolves to 'Yes'. Conversely, if Portland wins the first quarter by more than the specified spread (ranging from 1.5 to 14.5 points), the respective market resolves to 'Yes'. If the point differential does not exceed the threshold for a given market, it resolves to 'No'. All markets exclusively consider the first quarter results and do not include overtime periods.
